When I look on the boards' last posts column on the right and then reading these posts on boards I wonder myself - is it post replay topic really needed? I think there should an option to turn it off for replays.

First it confuses an user - 'why do I have to fill the topic field as topic is already posted?'. Then he thinks - 'ok, let it be Re: Post replay topic - is it needed?'. BW ends up with:

• Post replay topic - is it needed?
• Re: Post replay topic - is it needed?
• Re: Post replay topic - is it needed?
• Re: Post replay topic - is it needed?
• Re: Post replay topic - is it needed?
• Re: Post replay topic - is it needed?

More bad - it's displayed in bold. Reader already knows what topic is he in - he clicked it few seconds ago and even if he forgets - he can scroll up.

What do you think? I know that there may be some cross-posting matters in this case so I ask here.

I think replay it is not needed. Change of subject (=topic name) brings only confusion.
